🎓 Eligibility
Educational Qualification
The basic educational requirement for Forest Guard and Wild Life Guard is Intermediate (10+2) or an equivalent examination recognized by the Government. This recruitment is linked with UPSSSC PET 2025, and only candidates falling within the prescribed PET-based shortlisting process could move ahead to the main examination.
PET 2025 Shortlisting
Simply submitting the Forest Guard application did not guarantee a place in the mains examination. UPSSSC used the PET 2025 score for shortlisting and eventually shortlisted 19,692 candidates for the 708 vacancies.
Candidates appearing in the mains should retain the educational, category and other certificates claimed in their application. These details will matter again when the recruitment reaches document and physical verification stages.

📝 How to Download Admit Card
Open the UPSSSC website and find the advance exam-district information issued for Advertisement No. 12-Exam/2026. Use the required registration details on the city-information page to view the district allotted for the 27 September mains examination.
The city slip is mainly for advance travel planning. It does not contain everything needed for entry into the examination centre, so download the admit card separately when UPSSSC activates it. The centre address printed on the admit card should be treated as the final location for exam day.
