Bihar BSEB STET Dummy Admit Card 2026 – Download & Correction
📌 Short Information
Bihar STET 2026 applicants can now check the details that will eventually appear on their examination record. BSEB released the Dummy Admit Card on 25 September 2026, and it will remain available for download and correction until 30 September. This is not the final exam admit card. Its purpose is to give candidates a chance to spot mistakes in their submitted information before BSEB prepares the final record. After logging in, candidates should check their personal details, subject, paper, category and other information carefully rather than simply downloading the card and leaving the portal. The correction deadline deserves particular attention. If a change in category or another permitted detail results in an additional examination fee, that amount must also be deposited by 30 September 2026. Bihar STET is an eligibility examination for secondary and higher secondary teaching; it does not itself carry a fixed number of teacher vacancies.

🎓 Eligibility
Paper I – Secondary Level
Paper I is meant for candidates seeking teacher eligibility for Classes 9 and 10. The basic route requires a Bachelor's Degree in the relevant subject with the prescribed marks along with B.Ed. or another qualification accepted under the subject-wise STET rules.
Paper II – Higher Secondary Level
Paper II covers the Classes 11 and 12 level. Candidates generally need a postgraduate qualification in the concerned subject along with the prescribed teacher-training qualification. Eligibility differs for some subjects, so the subject chosen in the application must be checked against the qualification table in the STET notification.
Computer Science
Computer Science under Paper II has separate qualification provisions, and B.Ed. is not compulsory under the applicable eligibility route. Candidates should use the subject-specific conditions given by BSEB rather than applying the general Paper II rule to Computer Science.
SC, ST, EBC, BC and eligible PwD candidates are provided the prescribed relaxation in qualifying educational marks under Bihar STET rules.
